Unarmed Security Officer

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write detailed incident reports
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with emergency situations, including evacuations if necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols is a plus
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is beneficial
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- First Aid and CPR certification is desirable

Skills:
- Conflict management: Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- First aid/CPR certificate: Possession of valid first aid and CPR certification.
- Loss prevention: Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
- CCTV: Familiarity with closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems.
- Law enforcement: Understanding of basic law enforcement principles.
- Surveillance: Proficiency in monitoring surveillance systems.
