BSG is the premier leader in contracted housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services to medical and long-term health care facilities. We are looking for a Custodian.
The role of our Custodian is described in detail below and must be performed in a manner that sufficiently meets client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by BSG Maintenance location based on client requirements and business needs.
Custodian
· Sweeping and mopping, using an auto scrubber. Vacuuming, carpet cleaning, buffing floors, and trash removal
· Carpet Extraction
· Scrubbing hard flooring
· Assist with overall housekeeping duties
· Room moves and deep cleaning
· Floor Care
· Window Washing
· Trash Removal
· Do supply deliveries
We Will Train You:
· No Experience Required
· Paid - On The Job Paid Training
Qualifications:
· Ability to interact in a positive manner and to communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor, and other employees.
· Flexibility & ability to adapt to changing needs each day.
· Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
· Adaptability to perform a variety of duties and repetitive tasks.
· Must be prompt and adhere to scheduled hours.
