Job Posting for Housekeeping Director at BSG Maintenance Inc

BSG Maintenance is looking to hire a Housekeeping Director at our location in Wadena.

This is a 1st shift position Monday-Friday.

Job Duties:

  • Primary: oversee 12-15 housekeeping and laundry employees (must be comfortable working in a hospital setting).
  • Secondary: oversee operations at associated Tri-County Health Care clinics and Frazee Care Center.
  • Keep excellent relationships with our customers, ensure they are satisfied with all aspects of cleanliness and laundry services.
  • Scheduling.
  • Product orders.
  • Supporting recruitment and training of new staff.
  • Some travel required between clinics and Frazee Care Center when needed.

Experience:

  • Supervisory: 2 years
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Housekeeping, industrial laundry, or custodial experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
