About the role:
BSI is hiring an Operations Data Analyst and Systems Manager to join our Professional Services team. This is currently a remote work position. Once return-to-work conditions allow, the position can flex between in-office time and remote work depending on need, personal preference and location. Successful applicants will be able to handle a high-volume workload, prefer to work independently, and will be exceptionally detail oriented.
Candidate must be highly organized and have swift and accurate data entry skills, keen attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills with experience with PSA software (preferably Ajera or other Deltek products), Box.com, and Avetta/ISN, and are highly motivated to learn and apply these skills in a professional setting.
Primary role and responsibilities for this position will be to enter and validate data from our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool so that it can be used to analyze client revenue and profitability and employee, project manager and team performance. Second priority is to maintain the data and respond to client requests for the ISN and Avetta systems. The Operations Data Analyst and Systems Manager will manage accurate schedule data entry for various groups, as well as assist in report generation, dashboards, and presentation development for operations and management teams. The Analyst will also challenge the data that is collected by the operations teams, in order to maintain data integrity and ensure that all data is accurate for forecasting and strategic initiatives.

Operations Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Record and store data in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist staff in data entry when required
- Maintain Avetta and ISN systems
- Assist in rolling out new features in Box.com to the organization
- Work on teams with other coordinators, analysts, and others
- Communicate weekly with operations team to review entered data
- Perform collection, interpretation and recording of data in the form of reports, dashboards, and data summaries to management and others, including charts and pivot tables
- Prepare data for reporting, meeting and presentations
- Provide data management updates in meetings as required
- Analyze data for quality improvement purposes
- Provide statistical and trend analysis of data as requested

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and a variety of internet browsers
- Ability to stay consistently busy throughout workday and are routine-oriented
- Extremely adaptable and can handle a consulting-style work environment with shifting priorities and overlapping deadlines
- Prepared to work remotely with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
