About the role:
The Project Manager will independently plan and lead a wide variety of projects across a number of functional areas and will provide leadership and project management to key strategic initiatives in support of the Operations Department. Manage the entire project development process from scope development, ROI analysis, budget preparation, work plan development, and day-to-day management. Ensure projects come in on time and under budget.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Implementation of activities to support and achieve operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Implement and managing continual improvement projects
- Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy
- Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget
- Perform performance appraisals of direct reports as applicable
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required with 5 years of experience within a registrar; MBA and PMP a plus
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Knowledge of assessment protocols and methodologies (delivery Procedures/manuals)
- Knowledge of financial systems, implications of delivery on budget/profitability
- Knowledge of planning, certificates, applications processes
- 50% travel based on business requirements
