Millwork Installation Manager
Commercial Millwork and cabinetry manufacturer in the Charlotte area is seeking a Millwork installation Manager to lead the department as we grow and to help develop an efficient installation team.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Oversee installation crew members and independent contractors.
· Review project drawings prior to installation to identify possible install issues and communicate this both verbally and in writing to installers.
· Ensure crews have all necessary supplies, materials and information each day.
· Visit work sites prior to installation and assist PMs with FD’s if required.
· Visit work sites to monitor progress and provide direction.
· Ensure all job site safety policies are being adhered to.
· Monitor use of materials and labor.
· Work with clients to resolve installation issues.
· Ensure installations are completed on time and to approved drawing set.
· Work with Operations, production, project management and engineering as required.
· Work with Operations and production to create daily and weekly scheduling of all installers.
· Review and approve all installation hours and expenses.
· Attend daily project meetings.
· High school diploma or GED certificate.
· Experience in commercial millwork and cabinetry installation. 3 years.
· Customer service skills
· Valid driver's license
· Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $65,535.00 - $70,555.00 per year
