Peak Season (July-December) Requirements:

Shift Schedule 4:00 am - 12:30 PM Monday - Friday

Mandatory overtime which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

As the Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for upholding BSN’s high manufacturing standards by ensuring our products meet quality expectations.

Job Duties

• Quality checks each piece for accuracy based on provided guidelines. (total quantity, size, location, color, defect, stains, and other design issues)
• Perform computer functions to systematically quality check, transfer, and pack each order in the system and order replacement units, screens, or transfers when needed by production.
• If quality issues are found the QC will notify the department supervisor for replacement.
• Ability to understand and follow the production process required
• Follow safe work practices including but not limited to proper use of machinery (identifying moving parts) and cleanliness (work area and machinery).
• Readiness to perform other job functions or relocate to another department based on lack of workflow or departmental need.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work with others in a team environment
• Flexibility regarding work schedule based on workflow demand.
