Description
This working leader role is responsible for correct set ups, set up times, efficiencies and productivity of work area. Will complete paperwork for quality, piece count and traceability and ensure that associates are manufacturing parts to print, or work with tool room and maintenance associates to accomplish requirements. Will also assist associates with initial inspection to assure quality of parts produced. Will monitor all material handling issues to make sure equipment continues to run and handles disposition of raw material, WIP, scrap and hold items. Will troubleshoot machine problems and work with maintenance to resolve. Additionally will assist with training new associates.
Requirements
Must have prior manufacturing experience and proven leadership skills. HS diploma/GED required, higher education/professional development preferred. Must be able to work 2nd shift hours, Monday through Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm with OT as needed, including weekends.
