Position Summary
This role will be an integral part of the business planning/operations/demand planning group in New Computing Division. You will be responsible for integrating various data for tablet and PC; sales projection, pricing, promotions, sales performance, and market insights. In addition, you will perform the risk and opportunity analysis and report the insights to leadership. You will be working closely with Carrier account and national retail sales teams. You will be responsible to drive the automation for multiple performance reports to drive the efficiency across the team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for gathering data from various sources and analyzing information to produce weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to leadership
• Responsible for managing PSI(Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) by account/model
• Responsible for providing profit simulation to the team based on terms and conditions of promotion plan
• Responsible for SKU management to keep optimized number of active SKU in order to maximize ROI on each SKU
• Conduct weekly call with account teams and sales team to provide week over week change on demand planning by account/model
• Lead weekly demand planning meeting
• Responsible for supporting new product launch and GTM(Go-To-Market), and will provide allocation simulation when needed, to include business impact analysis
• Responsible for coordinating escalation of critical demand issue to HQ and leadership
Background/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 6 years of experience in business planning and/or demand planning and/or sales operation is required
• Advance excel skills- VBA coding for macro is a plus
• Strong database management- need to be very attentive to details
• Proficient in SAP system; or similar ERP systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills
