Our Lenders Services team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join us in Phoenix, AZ immediately.
What You Get To Do
- Conduct site visits to opine on work-in-place, adherence to schedule and budget; review the general contractor’s pay application for reasonableness;
- Review of project draw packages and all supporting documentation, including pay applications, lien waivers, change orders, invoices, etc. to provide an opinion for funding;
- Prepare reports for the Lenders of project to rely on regarding completeness of documents; accuracy of documents and prepare reports with findings;
- Review of project contracts (Owner/Contractor, Owner/Architect, and Owner/Engineer);
- Review drawings and specifications and project hard cost budget reviews/take-offs;
- ALTA Survey review, and various other construction related up-front documents;
- Conduct continuous business development opportunities;
- Provide coaching and guidance to project consultants as designated.
What You'll Have
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of related experience;
- University Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent in a related discipline;
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills combined with sound judgment and initiative;
- Naturally responsive to internal and external stakeholder requests;
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels;
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail to produce quality work;
- Strong time management and exceeds deadlines;
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills;
- Hold a valid driver's license;
- Legally eligible to work in the US; and
- A combination of experience and education will be considered.
