Our Lenders Services team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join us in Phoenix, AZ immediately. 


What You Get To Do


  • Conduct site visits to opine on work-in-place, adherence to schedule and budget; review the general contractor’s pay application for reasonableness;
  • Review of project draw packages and all supporting documentation, including pay applications, lien waivers, change orders, invoices, etc. to provide an opinion for funding;
  • Prepare reports for the Lenders of project to rely on regarding completeness of documents; accuracy of documents and prepare reports with findings;
  • Review of project contracts (Owner/Contractor, Owner/Architect, and Owner/Engineer);
  • Review drawings and specifications and project hard cost budget reviews/take-offs;
  • ALTA Survey review, and various other construction related up-front documents;
  • Conduct continuous business development opportunities;
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project consultants as designated.


What You'll Have


  • Minimum 3 to 8 years of related experience;
  • University Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent in a related discipline;
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills combined with sound judgment and initiative;
  • Naturally responsive to internal and external stakeholder requests;
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels;
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail to produce quality work;
  • Strong time management and exceeds deadlines;
  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills;
  • Hold a valid driver's license;
  • Legally eligible to work in the US; and
  • A combination of experience and education will be considered.
