We are currently seeking aRevenue Assurance Specialistto help fulfill the mission of Endeavor Schools by providing timely and accurate enrollment and billing processes for a designated group of schools. The Specialist will work with their Director on data updates, processing payments, managing accounts receivable and other revenue quality control activities. The Revenue Assurance Specialist establishes strong relationships with staff and families while ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations in an ethical manner.

This position will work remotely and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Post and process tuition payments
• Prepare, compile, post tuition charges and email statements for families
• Assist with data entry of applications and ACH forms for incoming families
• Provide information to school leaders and families as requested
• Respond to billing questions from customers
• Process monthly and semi-monthly tuition payments
• Make weekly deposits
• Work closely with School Leaders to manage data changes, including changes in enrollment, activities, lunch billing, field trip billing
• Work with School Leaders to verify discrepancies by clients, and resolve their billing issues
• Follow Endeavors collection process to assist in the collection of overdue tuition payments
• Generate financial statements and reports as required
• Prepare reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Complete Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure that all payments are properly posted and Audits current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of billing and collections operation
• Assist with ad-hoc projects when assigned

Skills:

• Attention to detail high degree of accuracy
• Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently and work well with a diverse group of people is essential
• Proven ability to manage accounting figures, calculate, post and financial records
• Data entry skills along as well as a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience in operating accounting and spreadsheets software
• Proficiency in MS Office and English
• Ability to work effectively as a team member
• Must be adaptable with ability to work effectively in a multicultural organization.
• Ability to articulates and convey information effectively in both group and individual situations.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant major preferred
• One (1) to five (5) years of business-related experience
