Job Description:
Bubble is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Director of Amazon Operations to oversee our presence and performance on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, and a passion for skincare and beauty products.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Amazon Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon strategy aligned with Bubble's overall business objectives, including sales growth, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
- Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings to improve discoverability, visibility, and conversion rates, utilizing keywords, images, and content to maximize sales potential.
- Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize out-of-stock situations, and reduce excess inventory.
- Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve ROI, leveraging both sponsored and display advertising options.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics, such as sales performance, traffic sources, conversion rates, and customer reviews, and take proactive measures to address any issues or
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product innovations.
- Customer Experience: Continuously enhance the customer experience on Amazon by addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with Amazon representatives and third-party service providers to stay informed about platform updates, opportunities, and best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment of Amazon strategies with overall business goals.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and terms of service, staying updated on any changes and proactively addressing any compliance issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing Amazon accounts and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with Amazon advertising tools, such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
