Job Summary:
Bucci's JBella is seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests as well as smooth operation for the establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and explain daily specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely
Qualifications:
- Previous high volume serving experience is required
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with bussing tables is a plus
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.12 - $18.61 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
