What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Coordinator position at BUCKED UP?
Job Description:
Bucked up is looking for a detail oriented, well organized, logistics coordinator for our warehouse fulfillment center in American Fork, Utah. This position will help plan and track shipments of product according to customer requirements, maintain logs and records of executed shipments and orders, recruit and coordinate logistics staff according to availabilities and requirements, and arrange same day deliveries whenever possible.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicate with sales team, retailers and customers regarding shipment status
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Prepare accurate invoices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Analytics preferred, but not required
- 5 years' experience in customer service or logistics management
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Previous customer service experience
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle time sensitive work
- Ability to solve problems while being tactful and calm
Additional Information:
- Pay is salary, DOE
- Full time schedule - Monday - Friday
- Very few weekends during the year during blowout sale times
