Administrative Assistant
We are a growing YouTube management company looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with growth potential to an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring smooth running of the office, with the potential for taking on more responsibilities and eventually growing into an Executive Assistant role. This role is on-site in Agoura Hills, CA and Camarillo, CA.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with setup of videos via ordering and picking up props, setting up the set, checking necessary equipment.
- Wrapping up after a film shoot.
- Keeping up organization at Office and House.
- Ensuring a clean and organized film set.
- Assisting in managing YouTube calendars for our clients.
- Working as PA on set when needed
- Scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
- Maintaining and updating files and databases
- assisting with preparation and distribution of company reports and communications
- Ordering office supplies and equipment as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the team but mostly supports the Chief of Operations

Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, associates, or bachelor's preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow into an Executive Assistant role
- Excellent organizational skills and an attention to detail; ability to proofread.
- High level of discretion and exemplary judgment.
- Composed demeanor in a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated, learns quickly, is resourceful and is able to work independently.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changes, and enjoys problem solving.

Additional Qualifications:
- Willing to get your hands a little dirty and are proactive in finding work to do
- Live within 45 minutes of Agoura Hills and Camarillo

Normal business hours are 10 am to 5 pm, however it is expected to be available after hours if needed.
