**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, and bookkeeping tasks for our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Regular transaction entry for numerous clients
- Manage accounts receivable and assist with balance sheet reconciliation
- Conduct account reconciliation and support payroll processing
- Utilize financial concepts to assist in various accounting tasks
- Provide clerical support and maintain accurate records
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on financial tasks
- Proficiency in accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of payroll processes and financial concepts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
