Job description
Position offers competitive wages with full benefits. The best candidate requires a good working knowledge of all aspects of telecommunications construction including make-ready, strand placement, and cable placement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Must have 5-10 years of related experience in the industry
- Proficient understanding of coax and fiber design maps
- Ability to pull strand, coax, and fiber optics
- Ability to complete pole transfers, make ready, and all other utility pole maintenance
- Experience working at heights of over 18' in buckets and ladders
- Must be able to work weekends and be on call Up to 50% of travel required
- Valid driver’s license
- CDL (preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must pass drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Reliable Transportation
Education
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) (required)
