At Buckner, we are looking for a talented and friendly Learning Management System Administrator/eLearning Designer to support our talent management system. This role will drive excellence and ensure eLearning courses and high-value training programs deliver the required results aligned with Buckner’s mission, vision, and values.

This position is remote.

Five-Star Service at Buckner International:

The LMS Admin will provide LSM support for both learning and performance. Activities include daily responses to customer inquiries, reviewing and uploading eLearning content, tracking learning projects, and administration of the certification programs.

  • Provide proactive and thorough support for LMS users by troubleshooting system and user account problems to achieve a 5 STARS learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on LMS support processes & procedures.
  • Upload, test, track, and maintain consistency of eLearning courses, materials, and virtual training workshops. Troubleshoots functionality issues.
  • Run reports and analyze platform and course-level data to identify and act on usage insights. Run and create customized Excel reports for regional or country focal points as needed.
  • Manage required training certifications and prescriptive rule assignments.
  • Develop online courses utilizing adult learning principles and eLearning software (including but not limited to: Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, PowToon's, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Use your creativity to create graphics, scenarios or other multi-media components (video, audio, etc.) to enrich training content through functionality testing plans for eLearning courses and course assets.
  • Actively research and recommend training tools, systems, and technologies to deliver innovative training solutions.

The Five-Start Person:

  • Must have two (2) years’ experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) with learning and performance such as Saba, Cornerstone, Absorb, SuccessFactors, D2L.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in developing an eLearning curriculum and providing support of eLearning technologies.
  • Experience with SABA, Articulate 360, Excel, and Adobe Suites is preferred.
