We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Manager to oversee our laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in laboratory techniques and management. As a Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the laboratory and adherence to quality standards.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the laboratory

- Oversee laboratory procedures and ensure compliance with GLP and CGMP guidelines

- Implement and maintain laboratory information management systems

- Train and supervise laboratory staff

- Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and facilities

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

- Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting

- Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques

- Proficiency in project management

- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,929.00 - $81,626.00 per year
