Attorney

• Attorney will be responsible for answering questions regarding potential clients, review facts for liability issues, coverage issues.
• Attorney will review facts for any potential statute of limitations (“SOL”) issues.
• Attorney will work with legal assistant to get client necessary and reasonable treatment, facts of case with treatment providers
• Attorney will be responsible for working with legal assistant to confirm coverage from at-fault party., be responsible for reviewing declaration pages from all interested parties.
• Attorney will be responsible for working with legal assistant, client, and treatment providers to provide maximum amount of medical care.

• Attorney will be responsible for reviewing demands.
• Attorney will be responsible for working with case manager and client on negotiating value of pre-suit claim.
• One plus years of plaintiff personal injury experience. Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia Strong academic credentials, including a JD from an ABA accredited law school Excellent writing capabilities Personal commitment to high-quality work Ethical, honest, and hard-working professional mindset.
• Willingness to talk to clients (a lot)
• Ability to handle a high caseload
• Experience or expertise in a specific branch of law
• Commitment to abiding by the set laws and behaving ethically
• Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong critical thinking skills; Excellent public speaking skills
• Adaptability and attention to detail; to work on a case independently
• Ability to work with a team of paralegals
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
In person (masks required) meetings are limited, less face to face meetings with clients and more phone interactions. Deep cleaning once a week in our office.
