Design/Sales Consultant

We are the largest Budget Blinds franchise in the country with 16 years of experience. We are a family-owned and operated franchise with over 65 employees and four offices.
We provide everything you need to be successful including a wrapped vehicle, computer, phone, sales training, leads, and more. We are continually growing, and we are seeking a high performer to join our expanding team. We have extremely competitive compensation including a base salary, performance-based commissions, dental, health, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and IRA matching.
We are seeking a qualified, window coverings sales consultant for a full-time position.
Benefits Summary:
- Ability to earn between $45,000 and $75,0000
- 3 weeks PTO prorated in year 1

Responsibilities and Duties
- Sell and explain different product lines of window coverings.
- Understand and explain window coverings benefits.
- Accurately measure and explain the mounting of products.
- Efficiently communicate with customers and follow through with the sales process.
- Ability to understand and use computer programs for quoting and e-mailing customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Interested in design and home decor.
- A good communicator who can explain the benefits of window coverings.
- Detail-oriented and who can measure and explain the mounting of products.
- An independent worker and has the ability to self-schedule and stay on task.
- Proficient in operating a computer including specialized software, email, and Microsoft products.
- Someone who is very organized and detailed oriented.
- A good listener with the ability to ask customers in-depth questions.
