What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer position at Budget Blinds?
- Final measure and install different types of window coverings. These include blinds, shades and shutters
- Sort and organize delivery boxes for different jobs
- Load and organize the company work van
- Drive the company work van to each job site
- Final measure and install on a ladder for windows up to 16' tall
- Work independently most of the time or with one other installer for large jobs
- Prior installation experience of window treatments is preferred
- Clean driving record and background check to be able to drive company van
- Must be able to be clean, polite and personable while working with clients in their home or business
- Must be able to lift and carry large delivery boxes and window treatments
- Must be comfortable working on ladders occassionally
