Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively manage a sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share

- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities

- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role

- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies

- Experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred

- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Proficient in account management principles and practices

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
