Aurora Business Office is searching for a talented, well rounded Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working and an outgoing professional.
Job Responsibilities:
- Admin Support for day to day activities including screening and directing telephone calls.
- Data Entry of accounts
- Support various managers, including president/owner
- Assist Clients at all levels as requested
- Assist Sales and Client Liaison
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years administrative / office experience
- Type 35 wpm
- High level of both organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong MS Skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrates high degree of integrity, responsibility and professionalism
- Detail Oriented
