Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the operations of our Agoura Hills studio. You must have either tile stone experience, or a strong background in A D sales. The Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the studio, primarily our business development and sales outreach. This is a key leadership role within our organization, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.

Duties:
- Develop with ownership and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve market goals
- Drive sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services
- Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Manage sales budget
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the tile tone industry
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Ability to manage client relationships
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on long-term goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
