Description
Position purpose:
To provide efficient and reliable maintenance and operational services, as well as supporting hospitality operations by efficiently managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional guest service.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Assist with the development and implementation of efficient administrative procedures, ensuring smooth operations across all food and beverage outlets.
Effectively manage and coordinate team member schedules while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among food and beverage team members, managers, and other departments within the casino.
Coordinate and facilitate training programs, ensuring team members are up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices.
General office support to include: Filing, copying, professional correspondence, and memos.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
Enters work requests received by phone, messages, and emails into work ticket system.
Verifies work orders, daily timesheets, and reports.
Report on open and closed work orders and check the status of open work orders with the assigned party.
Assists supervisors with administrative duties related to facility operations.
Maintain records and inventory of equipment.
Establish and run reports using CMMS in support of departmental goals and objectives.
Work with supervisors to closeout all work orders ensuring all costs (parts) are collected and placed with each work order accordingly. Contribute to process improvement efforts relating to work order management and administration.
Maintain and interface with vendors/businesses on equipment and facility warranty issues.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education/Qualifications:
Must be at least 18.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Requires at least 3-5 years of experience that is directly related to the job duties and responsibilities specified.
Licensing:
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License
Work Requirements:
Requires problem solving skills, knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques, and the ability to communicate effectively. Position involves prolonged sitting, walking, stooping or bending, lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds on a daily basis. Work is performed in the casino and / or outdoor environment with varying levels of exposure to the elements, noise, illumination, air quality, and / or temperature.
