SCHEDULE: Day Shift SALARY: D.O.E.
SITE MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees all team leaders, giving encouragement and assistance as needed
Meets with State Agencies providing them with information determined by their provider contracts.
Acts as a mediator in situations where conflict cannot be resolved without assistance.
Schedules and conducts regular team leader meetings, documenting information gathered.
Is knowledgeable of and adheres to the State and Federal mandates with regard to confidentiality.
Adheres to Tennessee Code of Ethics and Buffalo Valley policies and procedures.
Ability to work cooperatively with other clinical and support staff.
Communicates well with staff and clients documenting the needs of both in writing as needed.
Provides up to date Job Descriptions and Evaluations for Personnel Files
Documents Status Changes when a staff member changes positions as well as hiring and letting staff go as needed.
Attends Monthly Board Meetings and other meetings that may occur without much notice
SITE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, Required
High School Diploma or GED, Required
One to Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Pass Background Check and Drug Screen required
Keeps a current CPR and First Aid certifications
Valid TN D.L. with "F" endorsement required; "F" endorsement can be obtained once hired
Skilled in timely and professional information management, demonstrating strong organization skills.
Commitment to keeping skills current with on-going educations track participation annually.
Dedicated to the compliance with Buffalo Valley, Inc. standards of care.
Ability to work with the chemically dependent population in an empathetic, compassionate, and professional manner.
Flexibility in days and hours available for work, including weekends and holidays.
Strong computer skills. Ability to type 30 wpm. Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs and Electronic Health Record software
SITE MANAGER - SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises all employees in the facility they have been assigned
Responsible for addressing complaints and resolving problems
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
