Thermal Acoustical Pest Control (TAP) Insulation controls bugs and helps to keep the air in the living areas of homes comfortable.
It reduces the required energy needed to heat or cool the home and, in turn, reduces heating and cooling costs. Uniquely offering two solutions in one product : an energy-efficient blown-in insulation coupled with the added value of pest control.
TAP Specialists will provide high quality customer service to our clients by efficiently installing TAP Insulation to their homes and businesses.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Check and double check work order and load truck with all supplies needed
- Set up ladders, tarps, hose, drills were needed at the job-site
- Hook up insulation machine to a power source
- Run, operate and load machine with insulation for the duration of the job
- Check equipment for proper cleanliness, operation, and necessary repairs
- Clean up tarps and vacuum up any debris left behind
- Manage and track tools and equipment as you reload the truck at the days end
- Sweep up any debris outside the house that we may have caused
- Check in with homeowner for their satisfaction on clean up
- Travel throughout region including some overnight travel may be required
- Will be cross-trained in other areas of pest control
- Other duties as assigned
What do you need?
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Great verbal communication skills with the ability to take direction
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills, a positive team player
- Punctuality and attention to detail
- Current valid Driver's License in the state of employment
- Experience in working in both attic and small crawl spaces
- Ability to work in various types of weather / temperature
- Operation of an assigned company vehicle to travel throughout the state of Maryland, including some overnight travel
Compensation : $18-$20 per hour plus incentive plan
