HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

As our Sales Vice President, you play a critical role in optimizing our business development strategies and achieving our growth objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing your team, developing and implementing effective sales plans, and fostering relationships with key clients and stakeholders. You're actively involved in all aspects of our sales process, creating new strategies and ensuring they're executed properly. To support your team members, you motivate them, train them on the best sales practices, and keep them updated on our products. You make a meaningful difference in our company!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management OR an equivalent amount of experience
• 7 years of experience leading and managing a sales team as well as direct sales experience
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in a capital equipment manufacturing environment on an international level would be preferred. Knowledge about a technical field such as die casting or automotive would be a plus!
