Job Description:
Build-A-Buddy Factory is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our team! This position is ideal for individuals who are available to work morning shifts and weekends as needed. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while delivering outstanding customer service in a fun and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with building their custom stuffed animals, helping them select outfits, accessories, and scents.
- Provide a high level of customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring a fun, interactive experience for both children and adults.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking merchandise and maintaining displays.
- Assist with promotional events, special activities, and store events as required.
- Work effectively with the team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Follow safety and operational guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient store environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for creating fun, memorable experiences.
- Ability to work mornings and weekends, with flexible availability as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
