The objective is to catch errors before orders are pushed through to production and finalized. This helps eliminate delays and ensures our customers get what they order in a timely manner. Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for keying Extra Work Orders in a timely manner, which comes in on a daily basis from the outside sales team.Provides customer service primarily to the inside sales team and outside supervisors, via walk-in, telephone or email, requiring a working knowledge of company products, procedures and practices. Enters orders into computer system and schedules delivery of products.Continuously improve and maintain in-depth product knowledge. Have thorough knowledge of products, store operations, and ability to learn computerized point of sale software system.Other duties as required Supervisor ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Requirements and QualificationsMinimum Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).Minimum experience required: 0-2 years related industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCompetencies: Oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving skills.Physical ability: lift 10-25 pounds, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch repeatedly.
