We are currently hiring FULL-TIME, 30hr/week BCBAs for our Highland Heights Location! No evenings required!

For this BCBA/BCaBA role, the ideal candidate MUST HAVE:
- strong written and oral communication skills
- a willingness to receive and apply feedback on an ongoing basis

- former experience working with Autism
- a desire to stay current on new ABA research and a playful and empathetic demeanor and approach to working with children.
Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Assessing children using various insurance-approved assessments to include / but not limited to / VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Social Assessments, Vineland, IISCA, and PFA
- Writing, reviewing, and editing Treatment Plans and Behavior Plans in a timely matter, as necessary per insurance requirements
- Familiarity with insurance reviews and phone calls
- Maintaining a caseload of 8-15 clients in consultation with the Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director
- Willing to undergo PCM, IISCA/PFA, Feeding, and Sleep training Dr Greg Hanley's approach
- Uses effective time management throughout the week based on client insurance authorizations and RBT oversight
- Attend BCBA weekly / bi-weekly BCBA Meetings
- Collaborate with other related service providers such as SLP, OT, PT, and schools on an ongoing or as-needed basis
- Conduct parent training on a routine weekly or bi-weekly basis for all clients and families – to include center-based or in home as-needed
- Daily supervision of clients and RBTs
- Completing weekly data review and program updates per each clients’ individual needs
- Contribute to the ongoing training of RBTs including completing fidelities, supervision notes, conducting team meetings and trainings, and professional development days
- Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and CEUs as assigned
- Staying up to date and in compliance with the BACB ethics and standards, as well as maintaining both BCBA / BCaBA and COBA certification
- Demonstrates qualities of a good leader within the organization
