Building Connections is looking for motivated, energetic individuals who have a passion for helping others. At BCBH, our foundation is built from the bottom up. $20-$26 an hour - Multiple Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Multiple start dates are available to begin your training when you are ready. Flexible schedules, morning, evening, and Weekend hours available. Paid drive time and mileage.
We serve the greater San Francisco Bay Area by providing:
- In-Home ABA Services (ages 3-21).
- Early Intervention (ages 0-3).
- 1:1 School Aides (multiple ages).
Experience:
- Required: No previous experience is required.
- Preferred: Experience working with children 0-16.
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelors or Masters in a related field.
BCBH Team Member Perks:
- $20- $26 an hour (dependent on education and experience in the field or related industry).
- Up to $10 an hour more depending on location.
- Paid training to sit for your Registered Behavior Technician certification exam.
- Supervision by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).

Behavior Interventionist Duties:
- Provide behavioral therapy to individuals in their homes, school, and/or community.
- Accurately record data for each program.
- Teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.
- Engage in and ensure client safety.
- Quickly and accurately communicate problems/concerns with appropriate staff.
- Report updates and progress to the supervisor on the case.
- Play games, have fun, and watch your client progress firsthand.
Requirements:
- Reliable private transportation that is insured (car, motorcycle).
- Provide a doctor's release to work as well as proof of receiving the following vaccinations: Covid-19 (two-dose, with a booster when applicable), MMR, Hep. B, Varicella, and TDAP.
- Provide a negative TB test within the last 2 years.
