Bullseye Property Management & Realty continues to grow every year by providing outstanding customer service to our satisfied clients. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term career to join our HOA team. Our clients are all reference accounts and stay with us year after year because of our outstanding support and by exceeding their expectations.

We are excited to announce we are hiring for a full-time position to join our HOA/Community Management team. This position has potential to grow into the more senior roles.

Our chosen applicant will play a key role on our team by working in many facets of property management, but will be specializing in HOA Community Management. This position will report directly to the Senior Community Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be involved in the direct operation, maintenance, and administration of community associations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relations with community association owners, board members, and other residents.
  • Answer incoming phone calls from HOA owners & board members.
  • Assist or meet with clients that come into our office.
  • Collect incoming payments over the phone as needed.
  • Communicate with residents via email and written notices.
  • Investigate and resolve owner or board member complaints; enforce rules of the association; attend meetings and walk-through visits, coordinate repairs; assist on large-scale maintenance projects.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  • Draft invoices for payment.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

  • $17/hr - $19/hr Depending on qualifications, and experience in HOA Management.
  • 401K with company match after the first year of employment
  • 10 PTO days accrued within the 1st year of employment
  • PTO increases to 15, 20 & eventually 25 days per year!
  • Paid holidays, but not just the "standard six". Our company gives employees paid days off on the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve AND their BIRTHDAY!
  • 2 Floating Holidays/Sick Days are also available to qualified employees

*Please note, we do not currently offer health/vision/dental insurance, many of our employees visit the MNSure platform for their health insurance needs.

Work from home (remote work) becomes a partial option after initial training period.

Hours: This position is for 40 hours/week. It is a non-exempt position.

Our physical office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday through Friday and our Remote Offices are open M-F until 5pm. Our physical office is open to employees all week (M-F, 8-5) that need to fulfill hours in the office environment.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented professional with computer, email, and phone knowledge, as well as excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Prior work in HOA Community Management is highly desired.
  • High School diploma
  • Self-starter willing to go the extra mile to ensure success of the community association team.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to HOA board members, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to basic mathematical work in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Ability to compute HOA dues or account balances, HOA budgeting, Vendor invoicing, etc.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to remain calm and unattached to emotional situations. Ability to deal with problems involving a potential variables in Association situations. Ability to keep information confidential.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Community Management or Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
