Bump Health is looking for an amazing Plant Manager. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for implementing and executing on our ambitious vision.
The Plant Manager will oversee the operations division, which includes logistics, purchasing, receiving, production and fulfillment departments. This individual will manage the implementation of business guidelines and strategies, focus on distribution center safety, and work with other department managers to ensure all business operations are running smoothly and in accordance with all guidelines. This individual will provide leadership and management that invokes a customer-centric culture focused on delivery and quality while maintaining procedures and processes that ensure safety, efficiency, and overall improvement. We are looking for a strong integrator with a relentless drive for personal and professional growth, and can hustle to execute and bring results.
Requirements
- Demonstrated successful experience as a Plant Manager or relevant role
- Minimum three years’ management experience in operations, logistics and/or manufacturing and experience directing an organization/facility
- Experience with enhancing and sustaining a performance-based culture
- Continuous improvement through team member input
- Exhibit lean concepts and principles including improving efficiency, reducing waste, and focusing on increasing productivity
- Must be a team player and promote a collaborative culture
- Implementation of improvement initiatives in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality, productivity & inventory management
- Willing to coach others and affect change in a positive manner
- Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute on those solutions
- Competency in strategic planning, business development, and budgeting
- Thrives in a dynamic and continuously evolving work environment. Must be adaptable to change.
- Practical knowledge of data analysis and implementation of key performance metrics
- Broad understanding of business functions such as supply chain, product and inventory management, warehouse operations, finance, etc.
- Understand or willing to learn the concept of change management, providing tools and eliminating roadblocks to help our team be successful
- Excellence at delegating tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and deadline-oriented
- Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Oversee the overall operations of the site including logistics, production, inventory control and management, quality assurance, and purchasing
- Leading, managing and holding people accountable
- Implement and execute business strategies, plans, and procedures
- Establish policies and promote company culture, vision, and core values
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth in line with performance metrics
- Drive the business to increase profits
- Review and approve equipment needs

- Full-time: 40 hours/week
