About our Company:
Life gathers around water in Texas, and Shady Villa Hotel honors our spring-fed culture and the community that grows near it. The design of the 48-room hotel harkens back to mid century road trips and is situated on the north bank of Salado Creek. The Shady Villa Hotel is home to a restaurant and poolside bar, and several other spaces for hosting events and hanging out.

We're Looking for Someone With:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year customer service experience
- Ability to learn new applications/systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relation skills including guest incident follow up
- Maintains the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Resourceful problem-solving skills
- Task oriented, ability to work with deadlines
- Holds self accountable to consistently maintain high performance standards
- Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and dedication to the values of the company
- Ability to organize tasks and schedule to maintain a timely flow of bookings and information
- Computer knowledge Microsoft Office and office skills required
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS and POS systems

Job Responsibilities:
- Receives sales leads and follows up (voice mail, email, written notes)
- Communicates lead follow up results to the sales manager, working to negotiate contract terms
- Inputs all information into Tripleseat for tracking and follow up
- Works with rooms staff to ensure group events are scheduled and serviced appropriately
- Works with food and beverage staff to ensure events are scheduled and serviced appropriately
- Works with accounting to ensure billing is accurate and tip distributions are accurate
- Adheres to all departmental policies, service procedures and standards expected.
- Performs other tasks or projects as assigned.
