Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as an Operations Associate. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. This includes inventory management, order processing, quality control, and customer service. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations and provide excellent support to our customers. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • Experience in operations or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes is a plus
