As a Spanish UX Writer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering clear, engaging, and locally relevant copy that empowers our users to achieve their goals without any friction. This is a part-time role of 16-24 hours per week.

Take ownership
In this role you will:
- Craft and localize content: Collaborate with in-house translators and copywriters to write and optimize localized content for Spanish-speaking users. Ensure the copy is accurate, engaging, and aligned with bunq’s tone of voice.
- Optimize user experience across multiple channels: You will work on various platforms, ensuring each touchpoint speaks directly to our users’ needs in Spanish, rewriting content if needed.
- Maintain brand consistency: Ensure the Spanish copy aligns with bunq’s overall brand tone of voice while resonating with the local audience.
- You are fluent in both Spanish (C1 or native) and English (C1).
- You have proven expertise in copywriting and/or translating, with a focus on creating user-centric content and an eye for details.
- You are a Spanish-speaking country native, giving you an in-depth understanding of the hispanic culture and language nuances.
- You are user-oriented, with a strong ability to anticipate their needs and enhance their overall experience. Ideally you are yourself a bunq user.

＄ A gross yearly salary:
- For the Netherlands: between €53,000 - €65,000 based on a 40 hours contract
- For Spain: between €40,000 - €46,000 based on a 40 hours contract

👩💻 Hybrid setup:
- For the Netherlands: after 3 months in-office, work 2 days remote, 3 days in-office weekly.
- For Spain: office in Madrid, but freedom to work from anywhere within Spain. Your onboarding will be in Amsterdam for 3 weeks, with a further 1-2 weeks Amsterdam visit in each quarter, with covered travel and accommodation expenses.
