As member of the purchasing department, the Product Coordinator is the point of contact for key stakeholders including Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, Operations, and Suppliers. A successful Product Coordinator is able to translate information from these stakeholders into Bunzl’s ERP. Product Coordinators must be able to think critically while working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Operations
- Vendor Management including price changes
- Sourcing
- Maintain AS400 files
- Oversee dropship orders
- Oversee transfer orders
- Process all credits/debits for assigned locations
- Assist with inventory management and analysis
- Supply Chain Management
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-3 years’ experience; previous purchasing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem Solver
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience with the AS400 system preferred
- Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Smartsheet
