What are the responsibilities and job description for the Independent Driver position at Buona Beef?
BUONA is hiring Independent Delivery Drivers. Each delivery is a flat rate of $25 TIPS. Our drivers keep 100% of their tips & can accept multiple deliveries per day, based on their availability.
OVERVIEW:
As an independent delivery driver, you will be picking up and dropping off delicious catering orders to help complete our guests' events! It's up to you to bring the BUONA guest experience to homes, offices, and more by providing outstanding customer service!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 19 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license insurance
- Must have a vehicle (drivers must use their own cars)
- Must successfully pass a background check
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrive on time for deliveries – if you're running late, call our guest ASAP
- Follow all approved procedures for deliveries, including setup, sorting, and cleaning
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations
- Greet all customers and provide them with prompt & friendly courteous service or assistance, always ensuring they are satisfied
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance is neat, clean, and well-groomed always and observe company dress code
- Vehicle safety – observe all rules of the road and follow parking rules and regulations at delivery site
- Adhere to all company policies
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
- We will train you in all aspects of the delivery
- You will watch a video, complete a demonstration, and shadow an order before going solo
- Once you're trained, we'll add you to our roster & call you with orders - it's up to you to either accept or decline
