The Closing Coordinator must be able to focus and return to tasks promptly following disruption. The right person for this position will be personable with detail and checklists being their way to accomplish tasks. This position must have a desire to help and serve others. The Closing Coordinator will assist agents with their transactions from beginning to close. This person must be comfortable asking for help when the answer they don't know the answer. The Closing Coordinator must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent’s needs in a timely manner.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for the processing of all contracts through closing.
  • Communicates with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.
  • Responsible for keeping the office team updated on the progress of all contracts and advises team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution.
  • Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close.
