Production Designer
The marketing team at Bureau of Education & Research is seeking a talented visual designer with proven skills to produce key marketing collateral. The marketing team is a small, tight knit team where you‘ll have significant impact on the production and creative direction of our promotional materials. As Production Designer, you thrive in a high-volume production environment working collaboratively on design and layout of marketing materials: printed brochures, digital catalogs, web content, and other collateral. You have a passion for design and take pride in completing your work with efficient accuracy. You have great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage high-volume production of brochure projects, each with multiple rounds of edits.
- Work with key stakeholders to improve production process
- Monitor and adapt file standards to outside vendors needs to ensure high quality printing
- Design and manage production of other marketing materials as needed: digital catalogs, company newsletters, web assets, etc.
- Apply broad knowledge of production skills and file/asset management, to complete assigned projects with minimal supervision
- Manage outside vendor relationships
- Management of large asset database
Requirements:
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign and Photoshop—on Windows
- Strong understanding of the principles of design, typography, photography, and color
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
Preferred Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced Production Designer role
- Ability to collaborate, support, and problem solve with people in different functions
- Strong organizational skills, especially as related to file creation and versioning
- Accustomed to maintaining a superior attention to detail in a deadline-driven production environment
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
