You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the SHORE MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS DEPARTMENT of NAVY MANPOWER ANALYSIS CENTER.

Qualifications:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing manpower requirements determination studies, including planning, data gathering, data analysis, computation, assessment, and implementation; 2) Establishing an authorizations baseline to compare the results of the study's statement of manpower requirements, generating the manpower impacts; 3) Examining the organization for efficiency improvements and optimal organizational structure; and 4) Producing reports that detail the results of analytical studies. NOTE: Experience must be fully detailed in your resume to be considered for this position.
