Job Duties and Responsibilities
An Infrastructure (Infra) service delivery manager is responsible for managing the
delivery of IT infrastructure services to an organization's end-users. This includes
managing the deployment, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure components
such as servers, storage, network devices, and other related technologies that are
critical to the organization's operations.
Some of the key responsibilities of an infrastructure service Delivery managers may include:
- 15 years of infrastructure and EUC experience in managing complex accounts
- Local to DFW area and ready to work from the office five days a week
- Managing the delivery of IT services to end-users, including desktop support,
software deployment, network connectivity, and other related services.
- Extensive understanding of file services, infra services, Asset management,
- tools like Nexthink, SCCM, and ServiceNow
- Ensuring that IT services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and that
Service levels are met or exceeded.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including end-
users, IT staff, and vendors
- Developing and implementing IT service delivery strategies and plans
- Monitoring and reporting on service delivery metrics, such as uptime and response
times, and customer satisfaction.
- Managing service requests and incidents and ensuring that they are resolved in
a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts and ensuring that vendor services
are delivered in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Developing and managing budgets for IT service delivery and ensuring that
expenses are within budgetary limits.
- Managing the delivery of IT infrastructure services to end-users, including
servers, storage, network devices, and other related technologies.
- Ensuring that IT infrastructure services are delivered in a timely and efficient
manner, and that service levels are met or exceeded.
