Job Description
- Candidates with 10 years experience
- Understand the functionality of BPA, NSO, Matrix, Vitria, CNC and TAF tools
- Work with Network Operations team and development to populate the backlog
- Maintain a prioritized list of features, enhancements, and bug fixes for Matrix, BPO, NSO
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations and assign the features / stories to appropriate backlogs.
- Define acceptance criteria for user stories and features.
- Review and provide feedback on work delivered by the development team during sprint reviews and product demonstrations.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
