We are hiring for a Full Time Hourly traveling manager. We have 6 locations in our District
This position is open Availability, any shift, and willing to travel to all distrist locations. Hours scheduled 40-50 a week with possible extra pick up hours.

Position Overview:
The Hourly Shift Manager is the Shift Leader of the restaurant focused on delivering sales and profit results through guest service, people & operations excellence.
The Shift Manager supports the Senior Manager (SRM) in managing the operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service and people. The Shift Manager operates under the direction of the SRM and directly manages a shift of Team Members.
Summary Of Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Guest
Responsible for exceeding guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings, and going the extra Smile.
People
Provides mentoring, up-coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team's capabilities while setting an example of a Strength Based Leadership style.
Builds an inclusive team culture by collaborating for solutions and ideas, and promotes our Employer of Choice culture.
Operations
- Sets an example for Team Members by working hard to implement shift plan and drive operational results, while up-coaching.
- Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
- Follows all cash control and security procedures (e.g. safe counting, cash drawers)
- Maintains inventory by performing Daily and Weekly inventory inspections
- Receives inventory truck orders
- Motivates Team Members during shift on each of the workstations through strength based coaching.
- Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement and opportunities.
- Ensures the restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
*Performs duties of the Team Member when necessary
Qualifications And Skills:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- We will train you to succeed
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Desire to build leadership skills based on a strength based leadership style.
