We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to initiate, write and maintain proposal materials to support our West Virginia Operations, water and transportation services. This position can be filled in either our Parkersburg or Charleston, WV office to help support marketing efforts for the start up of B&N’s newest office location.

B&N Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate key messages and win themes into submittals
- Build collaborative relationships with Project Management staff to facilitate team synergy, creativity and effectiveness
- Develop and edit presentation materials for proposal team interviews
- Support promotions activities and miscellaneous office administrative tasks
- Help maintain company information, materials and associated Marketing databases
- You will work with leadership that not only nurtures, but also encourages an entrepreneurial spirit
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Creative Arts, Business or a related field, in lieu of a degree a minimum of 10 years of equivalent experience are required
- 5 years of proposal management and/or writing experience in the A/E/C or similar industry
- Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of English grammar and editing, as well as attention to detail
- Reliable, a critical thinker, well-organized, and passionate about their contribution to the team
- Proficiency with InDesign and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with AdobeSuite applications a plus
- Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
