If so, you may have a bright future at Burke and Beckstrom Orthodontics! Our practice is growing and we are currently seeking a full-time clinical assistant to add to our outstanding team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service, communication and computer skills are a must. We are searching for a mature team player that is reliable and dependable, great with patients and parents and is excited to learn, improve and help our practice grow. Although orthodontic or dental experience is helpful, we are willing to train qualified candidates in this valuable skill. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working directly with patients to perform the following procedures: x-rays, photos, adjustments, bonding, debonding, scanning, appliance delivery, etc.
Charting and documenting all procedures and treatment.
Communicating between doctors, team members and patients.
Adapting to changing processes and performing multiple tasks with changing priorities. Following through to completion of all assignments.
Some travel to our various offices will be necessary. However, employees receive travel payments in addition to hourly wages.
