Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for the Client Services team in logistics escalations to our carrier partners. Determine appropriate channels for resolution and follow up to ensure Client satisfaction.
- Receive dropship notification from our vendor partners and facilitate documentation to ensure that orders ship in a timely manner.
- Additional administrative tasks including responding to vendor requests for data, triggering shipping notifications to clients, and analytics around vendor KPIs.

- Talented multi-tasker with ability to evaluate priorities in dynamic work environment
- Have a can-do attitude: willing to jump in on big projects and small tasks alike and change course
- Encourage positive, cooperative communication between internal teams and external vendor partners
- Detail oriented
- Familiarity with logistics and/or operations
- Can work independently and meet established deadlines and expectations
