The PLM Analyst will be the primary business owner for the Bamboo Rose system.  The associate will provide support and training to various internal functional groups and external vendor partners as well as oversee system maintenance and future enhancements.  The associate will serve as a “super user” and be the resource for all system questions and issues.

 

System Support

  • Serve as primary business owner of the Bamboo Rose Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure system supports defined processes
  • Act as main contact for user questions and issues
  • Set up, track, and maintain user profiles and licenses
  • Own system maintenance and regularly update supporting data tables
  • Drive user adoption

 Training

  • Develop and facilitate internal and external user training in coordination with Learning and Development, where needed for system implementation and roll-out; leverage Bamboo Rose partnership to ensure best practices
  • Develop and maintain training module for AB Training program in collaboration with MPA Team
  • Deliver ad-hoc instruction as needed to support system users

 System Enhancements

  • In partnership with leadership, identify and recommend future enhancements and gather business requirements needed to facilitate deployment
  • Communicates and escalates system issues and opportunities that could impact the business
  • Stay informed of BR system upgrades and enhancements; evaluate and recommend adoption
  • Partner with IT and PMO to plan and execute system improvements and updates
  • Develop UATs to support system testing
  • Attend User Conference annually

 Experience:

  • Understanding of product development, sourcing, and importing processes
  • Hands on experience using and supporting PLM systems; preferably Bamboo Rose

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to frequent changes in priorities and processes

  • Strong ability to analyze process and develop best practices to drive process improvement
  • Ability to influence others and drive engagement
  • Ability to achieve high productivity and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through on tasks

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

 

This role will interact with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Learning and Development, IT and Planning; will be empowered to recommend but not make business decisions
